Senior Business Transformation Manager

As a Senior Business Transformation Manager – Operational Excellence, you’ll be part of a dynamic team leading the implementation of the E.ON Business System across E.ON Nordics in the Customer Solutions segment. You will drive projects to achieve sustainable performance improvements and cultural change, working closely with leadership and coaching teams to ensure long-term success. The goal is to establish a new way of working that delivers continuous, sustainable results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement E.ON Business System to drive transparency and improve business outcomes.
  • Establish a data-driven culture focused on ongoing improvement and operational excellence.
  • Enhance operational processes from an end-to-end perspective.
  • Engage leadership and employees in every step of the transformation journey to ensure sustainable change.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops in Lean and other change management methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor managers and employees throughout their transformation journey.
  • Perform data analysis to identify key areas for improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: +7yrs proven experience in leading change management initiatives in large organizations. Previous experience with Operational Excellence/Lean is a plus, as is a background in management consulting, Lean/Six Sigma certification.
  • Skills: Fluent in both English and Swedish. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on data-driven, fact-based processes.
  • Mindset: A results-driven, structured thinker who thrives on both analysis and people-oriented change management. You’re quality-focused, with the ability to see the big picture and implement long-term, impactful changes.
